DMC was created to serve the urgent need to improve the quality of our water bodies. We recognize the public's desire to improve and sustain the quality of our waterways and the associated wildlife habitat that supports recreational activities. We provide engineering and environmental services related to sediment removal (dredging), shoreline erosion stabilization and designing or improving waterfront facilities such as marinas, docks (fixed and floating), boat ramps, fishing piers, and seawalls.

DMC is managed primarily by Mr. Shailesh K. Patel, M.Sc., CPSSc., who serves both as President and Operations Manager. Mr. Patel brings both management and technical experience and is complemented by an excellent group of knowledgeable and experienced technical and administrative professionals who have worked together for many years. Teamwork by our staff enables us to offer clients a synergy between engineering and science to provide a comprehensive approach and solution for any project.
